Hello, I’m Libby, a psychotherapeutic counsellor, based in Sheffield. I aim to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can reconnect with your authentic self. I specialise in helping individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, are struggling with depression or anxiety, feeling disconnected from themselves, or having difficulties in relationships (including your relationship with yourself and boundaries). In our sessions, there’s room for all of you. Whether you've experienced trauma, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or just need to explore who you are beneath the labels, I’m here to support you.
My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I incorporate elements from multiple therapeutic approaches, tailored to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can truly be yourself, as you are today and work towards feeling more like your whole self.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. I offer a compassionate, confidential space where you feel heard and supported as we work together to understand what’s going on for you.
