I am a fully qualified psychotherapist/counsellor. I have experience of working with all ages and have done a great deal of teenage work. As an integrative counsellor I draw from various theoretical approaches which enables me to tailor make the therapy to suit every unique individual and their specific needs.
I have worked with a broad range of clients and ages. I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, abuse, self-harm, eating disorders, low self esteem, relationship issues and bereavement.
