Healing from trauma, anxiety, or painful relationship patterns can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been handling it alone. If you’re carrying the weight of complex trauma, low mood, or unhelpful urges, you deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and safe to be yourself. I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Many describe feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or caught in self-criticism. Together, we slow things down, understand what’s happening inside, and build a more grounded way of relating to yourself and others.
I’m Lianne, a Chartered and Registered Psychologist and a qualified EMDR Therapist. Over the years, I’ve helped many people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful and my approach is client-centred: I believe in tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, weaving them together into a personalised plan that works for you. Above all, my goal is to help you build resilience, self-compassion, and the confidence to create a life that feels more balanced.
