My approach is based on authenticity & insight; through a relationship where we can both be honest, genuine & accepting, we can create a space where we can collaboratively examine what you experience & why so that you can make changes where you want to.
I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is the vehicle for change so I work to provide a space that is supportive, non-judgmental and appropriately challenging. I will work with you to bring unconscious ideas, feelings & patterns to your attention and examine possible sources of these to help give you more understanding & control of your life.
