| Français As a North Wales counsellor, I offer empathetic, tailored support, specialising in men's mental health, runner's mental well-being, industry burnouts, family/couples therapy, children and young person therapy. My practice focuses on helping clients combat challenges, advocating for work-life balance, strengthening relationships. I utilise various evidence-based therapies, continually expanding my skills to provide optimal care. Ultimately, my mission is to empower individuals to thrive despite their mental health challenges.
Through integrative therapy, mindfulness techniques, and a variety of other evidence-based practices, I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. My mission is to empower my clients to not only understand and overcome their challenges but to thrive.
I would describe myself as genuine with a positive outlook. I believe in people and am passionate about the benefits that independent support can bring. With support I was able to survive, adapt, grow and become happy. Periodically being supervised enables me to explore issues and transform ideas and aspirations into actions and sustainable change.
