When relationships feel fragile and trauma has led to deep loneliness amongst other things, it can be hard to imagine the other side. That is where our open, creative and compassionate journey begins. I support individuals, couples and groups who are feeling disconnected and overwhelmed after experiencing trauma or stuck in patterns of isolation.
Within our sessions you may want to explore your current relationships or lack of and how they were impacted by the trauma you have faced. You may want to understand yourself in relation to others or you may want to explore what healthy relationships look like for you.

As a Dramatherapist under the umbrella of Creative Arts Psychotherapists I offer individuals, couples and groups the opportunity to explore in a therapeutic space using creative tools such as stories, mask work, character work, writing, music, etc. These tools allow for safety, containment and distance to the work and often serve as an agent of change.
Together, we can use creative expression to foster connection, healing and authentic relationships in your real life.
