I am a person-centred counsellor with training and experience in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, abuse (DA, DV, SA), suicidal ideation, trauma (CT, CSA, cumulative trauma, adjustment disorder); I can work with different issues and offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental, confidential and comfortable space for us to explore together whatever they need.
I base my work on the use of empathy and empowerment and regularly participate in CPD to improve my practice and continue to give my best to all my clients. I am willing to offer you a warm and safe space so that you can feel understood and supported in your process and get the most out of your counselling and personal development experience.
