As an experienced BACP Accredited counsellor, with diverse & varied counselling experience, I can offer you a professional, safe, cared-for & confidential environment which will support you in exploring the aspects of your life that are troubling you. People enter therapy for many reasons. Whatever your circumstances or the obstacles you face, having a confidential space where you are not judged, where it is safe for you to be totally 'you', will be key to assisting you in your journey to a life that feels happier & more content. I can provide this for you.
I use a variety of therapies to help you-creative; Inner Child work; TA; Gestalt; Person centred; Psychodynamic & CBT. I also undertake work with a specialist agency, supporting clients who have suffered sexual abuse. This means I have extensive training & can support you in dealing with the resulting traumas that you may have been struggling with.
As an accredited member of the BACP , I work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. What this means for you is that I am committed to ensuring you, the client, has the best outcome possible. I regularly review my practice & undertake training so I can provide you with an environment that supports and empowers you.
