My therapeutic approach is collaborative and supportive. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly about your concerns, thoughts and feelings without judgment. We will work at a pace that feels manageable, focussing on the issues that matter most to you.
In our sessions, we may identify patterns in your thoughts or behaviours, gain deeper understanding as to why they have developed to achieve greater self-awareness. From there we can work together on ways you can begin to challenge these patterns to make meaningful change.
