My goal is to create a safe and caring environment to feel truly heard, seen and genuinely listened to, allowing you the freedom to simply be. Here, you can confidently discuss both past and present difficulties, gaining awareness and understanding about unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The objective of our work together will be to help you overcome your symptoms, bring about lasting change, and move towards recovery.
With extensive experience gained from the NHS, a North London Hospice, and a Blood Cancer Charity, I specialise in supporting individuals through life-altering situations. I have a strong focus on and deep experience with bereavement and loss, domestic abuse, depression and anxiety, sexuality, self-esteem and confidence issues.
We all have those days and times in life when it just feels too much, and we can feel like we don't know where to turn. You might be surprised how just talking to someone outside of your situation can help you make sense of all the noise and confusion in your head.
