About
Are you struggling with feeling not only heard but listened to? Want to be able to safely discuss past and present difficulties gaining awareness and understanding about your unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring about change in your life? Have you unsolved problems with bereavement and loss, domestic abuse, feeling depressed or anxious and have low self esteem? I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic and understanding approach to counselling, where clients feel comfortable to express their issues in a safe and caring environment.
I have many years of personal and client based experience in life altering situations, including bereavement and loss, domestic abuse, depression and anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues. I understand the internal and external anguish that these problems cause. By using a mixture of therapies including hypnosis, I tailor therapy individually for you.
We all have those days and times in life when it just feels too much and we can feel like we don't know where to turn! You'll be surprised how just talking to someone outside of your situation can help you make sense of all the noise and confusion in your head.
