I’m a HCPC-registered and chartered Clinical Psychologist with 30+ years experience in mental health and professional training.
I specialise in working with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and shame-related difficulties.
My clients often feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism or emotional overwhelm and want to understand their experiences, feel safer in themselves, and build confidence and self-compassion in relationships and daily life. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, helping clients understand their experiences and move toward greater emotional wellbeing.
I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy informed by a neurobiological perspective.
Together, we can explore how stress and / or past experiences affect both your mind and body, and support you to regulate emotions, reduce self-criticism, cultivate self-compassion and rebuild confidence to live a more fulfilling, connected life.
