We all have periods in our lives when we are stuck, struggling, in need of support. It can be hard to know where to start to find the support we need. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, the impact of past trauma on your current well-being and relationships. Talking to a therapist can help to make sense of the issues you are dealing with, to process past traumas and find a positive way forward.
I am a person-centred and am also trained in EMDR therapy which helps in processing past experiences that are impacting your mental health and well-being.
I work with adults and young people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, suicidal ideation and relationship issues as well as people impacted by the criminal justice system.
As well as my private practice, I work in a suicide prevention service and with people bereaved by suicide.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that we all have the potential to make sense of and work through the issues and challenges we face. My role is to walk beside you on that journey, helping you to find solutions and achieve greater self-understanding and self-acceptance.
