Many of us experience times when we are struggling with our emotions or mental health. However sometimes this can go on for too long and it can have a big impact upon our quality of life. We might notice repeating patterns or cycles that feel hard to make sense of or change.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and my focus is upon how early experiences can shape our personality, identity and relationships. I offer a safe place in which we can work together on developing a deeper understanding of your problems, to challenge negative patterns and to help you make the changes that are important to you.
I offer an initial assessment to discuss your problems and work out what would be the best help for you. You can ask questions and get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. My fee is £75 for a 50 minute session. I may be able to offer a reduced fee under certain circumstances, e.g. if you are a student or committing to longer term therapy.
