I tend to work with individuals, couples and families who feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating in their relationships or in how they feel about themselves. They may struggle with communication, conflict, anxiety, self-doubt or a harsh inner critic, and want to understand where these patterns come from. Often people sense that experiences from earlier in life are shaping how they respond now. Therapy offers a space to explore this with curiosity and compassion, so that new ways of relating to themselves and others can begin to emerge.
I help individuals, couples and families understand the patterns that shape their relationships. Together we explore conflict, communication and self-esteem, supporting more open conversations, greater accountability and deeper compassion for yourself and those close to you.
