We all need to talk to someone at times, right now life is extremely difficult for many of us! Talking issues through is often the best way to deal with our conflicting emotions. I specialise in depression, anxiety, and weight management, along with mid-life transitions and relationship counseling. I believe talking to someone totally unconnected to the problem can help clients see their situation through fresh eyes. I use a combination of therapies to help clients restructure their lives and issues. I am based in a private location in South Cheshire. I also have clients based around the globe via video. Discretion is paramount!
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT and Person Centred therapy are my main approaches although I also focus on Positive psychology, making clients realise that the glass really is half full! I now also offer exclusive highly intensive therapy-based, residential 1-to-1 courses, contact me for more details, prices start at £1950 fully inclusive for 3 days.
Being able to trust in someone in a discreet, confidential and totally private environment is the most important factor in why my clients choose to discuss their life situations with me.
