I am an LGBTQ affirmative counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer online support to lesbian, gay, bi, non-binary trans and queer people throughout the UK. If you identify as LGBTQ, it can make a huge difference to find an LGBTQ counsellor who accepts you as you are, with warmth and understanding. I have 20 years experience in LGBTQ counselling, advocacy and support services, and work with a broad spectrum of LGBTQ identities and ways of being. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about problems that are affecting you and explore your fears, hopes and dreams.
Those of us who are LGBTQ often need more support to thrive. Experiences of marginalisation and discrimination can deeply affect how we feel about ourselves, our lives and our relationships. I support people from diverse backgrounds to navigate a wide range of issues, including loneliness, loss, relationship difficulties, coming out, and low self-esteem.
