Are you struggling to communicate with your partner, manage arguments, get over a break or discovered an affair? I work integratively, using different theoretical models to support my clients,including EMDR. EMDR is proven to be effective for clients experiencing PTSD, flashbacks and nightmares. I am also experienced in working with clients with eating disorders.

I have been working with families, children and adults who have presented with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and emotional distress. I am also interested in trauma and the treatment of self-harm and suicidal behaviours. Over the years, I've supported young people and adults with histories involving early traumas, abuse and neglect.
