Groups
Reclaiming Safety: Trauma Support Group
Structure and format: Delivered via Zoom/ Twice a month/ 90-minute session/ Drop-in (regular attendance is encouraged)/ Maximum 6 people. A supportive and trauma-informed space for adults who have experienced childhood trauma. Each session will include psychoeducation, gentle reflection and emotion regulation skills. Additionally, the sessions will be a place to connect with others, share, and build resilience together. Open to anyone with a history of childhood trauma who is seeking connection and support in a safe, confidential and structured group setting. There is one group for women and one for men; join whichever feels right for you.
