At the heart of my psychotherapy practice is a commitment to holding a transformative space which helps you move into more free ways of living. I offer a collaborative, anti-oppressive, and difference-affirmative approach which meets you where you are, and centers your empowerment, needs, and desires - to help you go beyond merely coping, towards thriving. I bring over 6 years of experience working in mental health roles as a therapist, meditation teacher, advisor, organizer and advocate, working with a large variety of diverse clients holding all kinds of issues.

Hi there, I’m Zaid. Many of the people I work with have spent most of their lives adapting & shifting themselves to fit family, culture, work, or whatever space they’re in. It creates a particular kind of tiredness that comes from always trying to make sense of where you belong. If you’re neurodivergent, from a mixed or migrant background, or just carrying more than people realise, you might know that feeling well. I know something of that in-between space myself. It’s part of what brought me into therapy work, and it shapes how I sit with people. I integrate the person-centred approach and emotion-focused practice.

Hi there, I'm Holly (she/her), a therapist based in Edinburgh. I work with people carrying pain rooted in how the world sees them - their race, disability, neurodivergence, body, or identity. I also work with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and childhood trauma. I offer in-person sessions in Leith and online sessions. Anti-oppressive practice means holding your experiences in context, making connections to how pain emerges within systems and spaces that were never built for you. Our work can become about more than making sense of these injustices, but finding ways to move through and beyond them.
