I am a depth‑oriented integrative counsellor and psychedelic integration therapist supporting individuals in moving through psychological challenges into a deeper sense of coherence with themselves, others, and existence.

I specialise in developmental trauma, intimacy & relationships, & psychedelic integration. My approach is rooted in relational psychodynamics emphasising the role of early attachments in our experience of self, others, & existence (think 'existential attachment'!). I pay particular attention to the body & mental imagery, prioritising the 'felt sense'.
