I have experience working with young people, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds across a range of different settings, including community mental health teams, inpatient units, crisis teams, and specialist services within the NHS.
I have experience supporting people with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, self-harming behaviour, suicidality, relationship difficulties, and neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD or ASD).
