Welcome! We're a specialist child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy service, working from a cosy practice in North Leeds.
We offer: Creative psychotherapy to children, teens and young adults; Attachment psychotherapy to parents and children together; Trauma-focussed psychotherapy - including EMDR - to children and adults
Our unique approach integrates somatic and creative therapies with a rich understanding of child and adult personality development. With us, you’ll find a service that really understands development, the impact of traumatic stress on the body and the importance of attachment relationships across the lifespan.
