About
Hello, my name is Lee. Working in a peaceful, rural location, I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space to explore the difficulties you have. What is troubling you? People seek therapy for many reasons. Perhaps you are struggling with a personal relationship, anxiety, or depression is preventing you from thriving? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed by a lack of identity or meaning, or your relationship with food is getting you down/out of control? Having worked in the NHS as a specialist dietitian, I can also offer therapy around food, weight & body-related issues.
Allowing yourself time & space to explore your difficulties, with a professional therapist, can help you to understand and deal with the causes of your unhappiness, distress or feelings of disconnection. Working together, we can bring about the necessary shifts required to help you feel more in tune with who you are and help you to move forward and flourish.
If you would like further information, or would like to arrange an initial meeting, then please phone or e-mail, using the details on this page. Our initial session would be an opportunity for you to see whether you would like to work with me, and for me to ensure I have the necessary qualities to help you with your concerns.
