Difficulties around sex can be an isolating experience affecting many areas of your life - especially relationships and self-esteem. Sex is complex! Problems may occur with desire, arousal, pleasure and orgasm. You may struggle with managing your sexual health or sexual behaviours. Difficulties can be present alone or whilst in a relationship.
I am a Counselling Psychologist specialising in sexual difficulties and relationship issues. I currently offer in-person or online therapy to individuals with issues around sexuality, sexual problems or health. I work with individuals, couples or people in a relationship to navigate the challenges of emotional and sexual intimacy.
For the past 6 years I worked in a Central London NHS HIV & Sexual Health Psychology service. There I supported people adjusting to and living with an STI diagnosis, management of sexual behaviours, and helping people cope with anxieties related to sex.
