Hi, I feel privileged to have over 25 yrs psychotherapy experience, helping people, from diverse backgrounds, to heal from childhood trauma, adult complex PTSD, OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, depression, panic and substance misuse. I am experienced in working with Veterans and survivors of terror. Diversity and inclusivity are close to my heart and I offer adaptations to suit individual's neuro-divergencies, as needed. I work with EMDR which can enable people to adapt and heal from variety of difficulties, even when other therapies have failed to help them. Sometimes this works very quickly, other times it can be longer-term work but you might find yourself amazed at how it helps you!
