I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted, or trapped in patterns that seem difficult to change. Many struggle with anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, shame, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, or the lasting impact of childhood experiences. I have particular experience supporting people affected by trauma, childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, complex PTSD, grief, narcissistic or coercive relationships. Together, we explore how past experiences may be affecting life today, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen confidence and boundaries, and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
I specialise in supporting adults struggling with the effects of trauma, childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and narcissistic or coercive relationships.
