I work with adults and couples experiencing sexual, intimacy, and relationship difficulties. Alongside my counselling practice, I am currently completing advanced postgraduate training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy (Student Member of COSRT).
I support clients with concerns including low or mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, performance anxiety, erectile difficulties, premature (early) ejaculation, orgasm difficulties, painful sex, intimacy challenges, communication difficulties, infidelity, relationship conflict, compulsive sexual behaviours, sexual shame, sexual identity exploration, and consensual non-monogamy.
My practice is sex-positive, kink-aware, LGBTQ+ affirmative, culturally sensitive, and non-judgemental. I offer a safe and inclusive space where individuals and couples can openly explore their sexuality, relationships, desires, and emotional wellbeing.
