I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor and I have had my own practice since 2010. I am also a qualified relationship & couples counsellor. In 2015 I trained as an online therapist with the Online Therapy Institute and I have been offering a successful online service since then.
I am open and flexible in my approach, preferring to tailor our sessions to your needs rather than working to a set formula. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we manage to create together so that you can achieve the changes you need.
