I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 15 years’ experience in private practice. I work with adults from all walks of life and offer sessions online, making support accessible wherever you are.
I have a particular interest in neurodivergence (coming from a neurodivergent family myself) as well as perimenopause and in understanding how these can interact and affect wellbeing.
I also work with those who grew up with emotionally immature parents and adult children of alcoholics, and the lasting impact this can have on our lives and relationships.
My approach is flexible and collaborative. I draw on a range of Humanistic therapies, including Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis, and tailor our work to suit you as an individual.
I offer both short-term and longer-term counselling for individuals and couples, depending on your needs.
