Dharshi has considerable experience of working with adults (age 16+) with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, mental and physical abuse, self-esteem, body image issues, grief, life transitions and relationship difficulties. She also works with concern resulting from relocation/migration and existential and spiritual related issues.
Dharshi works collaboratively, customising her therapeutic approaches to suit each client's needs, preferences and philosophies. She is fluent in Tamil and is able to provide psychological services in Tamil.
