I trained for five years to become a qualified Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Counselling is not ‘one size fits all’ and sometimes a mix of approaches is necessary to get to the heart of the issue at hand. My blend of calm and friendly therapy has helped so many people to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I genuinely love what I do!
