If you are looking for someone to talk to, who is relatable, experienced and professional, about some of the issues you may be facing, in an objective, non-judgmental, safe space, then feel free to get in touch. I have worked with children, young people and adults in a variety of ways, from counselling to supporting people in the community, with a very wide range of problems, including issues around mental health, attachment, relationships, abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, low self-worth, grief, loss, significant life events, stress and many other issues people may struggle with. Online only counselling at present (video/ telephone).
I qualified as a Relational Integrative Therapist in 2014 with a Post Grad Diploma in Integrative Counselling. This means that I can adapt my approach to suit individual needs in a way that feels comfortable. I'm currently a Counsellor at the University of South Wales. My background is in Mental Health, community work, supporting children and young people.
Daily struggles, modern day living and issues with our mental health can take it's toll on many of us. People are often surprised how counselling can be so effective and often I hear the words, "I wish I had done this sooner".
