I’m Leah, a BACP Accredited counsellor with 20 years of experience. I use a person centred approach to help clients feel at ease and to build up a positive therapeutic relationship. I may also introduce techniques from other theories such as Gestalt or CBT/DBT, psychodynamic or compassion focussed therapy depending on your issues and personality.
In our first session we can explore what you are experiencing in detail and I will explain how the process can help you, working towards identifying what you would like your goals and outcomes of the therapy to be.
