I’m Leah - a relational gestalt psychotherapist. I work in a collaborative, holding and empathetic way, to help you discover a way forward and gain new perspectives on your life. Whether you're experiencing stuckness, problems with your relationships or anxiety and low mood, we can work together to explore what's important to you. Gestalt is a humanistic approach to therapy. Prior to my private practise, I worked at Mind Norfolk & Waveney Mind at the Low Cost Counselling Service (LCCS).
I can support you in a range of way including anxiety & panic to chronic health conditions and low mood, childhood trauma, motherhood/parenting and neurodivergence. I also offer dream work, sand tray, journalling, poetry/art therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with you to find the best way to supports your individual needs.
