I’m Leah - a gestalt psychotherapist. I work in a collaborative, holding, empathetic and intuitive way, to help you discover a way forward and gain new perspectives on your life. Whether you're experiencing stuckness, problems with your relationships or anxiety and low mood, we can work together to explore what's important to you. Gestalt is a humanistic approach to therapy. I work relationally and take a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person. Prior to my private practise, I worked for 2 years at Mind Norfolk & Waveney Mind at the Low Cost Counselling Service (LCCS).
I can support clients in a range of ways including anxiety & phobias to chronic health conditions and low mood, childhood trauma, motherhood/parenting and neurodiversity. I also offer dream work, sand tray, journalling, poetry/art therapy and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with each person to find the best way that supports your individual needs.
