I am a qualified person centred therapist working with adults 18+, I’m currently volunteering at a women’s Centre working with individuals experiencing difficulty with life’s challenges. I have experience working with a range of presenting issues. My aim is to help you to formulate your objectives and what you are looking to achieve from counselling. To understand the issues you would like to focus on and why these challenges need addressing, plus the impact it may be having on your daily life. I will follow your lead in therapy in a non directive way at your own speed. I am here to support you on your counselling journey.

I provide a safe empathic space for you to explore and reflect upon thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I bring my experience to help adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief loss and trauma, through bereavement, ADHD, relationship and work issues domestic abuse and life transitions which affects self esteem, self image and personality.

I am here to support you empathically with acceptance, patience and warmth. Building a rapport, and for you to be able to work towards finding your own solutions to your problems. Improve confidence and self awareness. Counselling is an opportunity to verbalise without judgment and understand yourself while working towards personal growth.

I charge £50 for 1 hour session. Should you need to cancel the appointment the counselling centre will charge the counsellor £10 for the room so this will be passed on to yourself. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to understand what has brought you to counselling and if we can work together.
