I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, working with both individuals and couples. My counselling work is integrative and I bring a humanistic approach to my client needs. I offer a safe confidential counselling service in the heart of Marsden, where clients can relax and feel supported in their therapeutic process. Couples counselling is useful to improve communication and resolve difficult issues, find ways through the aftermath of affairs, improve intimacy and reconnect emotionally. Individual counselling is helpful for many of life's challenges inc: Anxiety, depression, bereavement, depression, low self confidence/esteem, trauma, stress, abuse etc.
