Somatic Trauma Therapy prioritises the connection between the mind and the body to help support both the physical and psychological symptoms.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive but potent way of working with the body using light touch. It can settle the central nervous system, through homeostasis and assist in realigning the body.
