I understand that this may seem very daunting and perhaps overwhelming as you seek help from a professional. I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor. This is a client focused therapy that offers a space to talk and explore as we work together through your challenges and experiences. I offer face to face counselling in a safe, empathic, confidential and peaceful space. If you prefer to be in the comfort of your home, we can work together remotely. The facility offers free parking and is easily accessed from the M77.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone chat to find out more about you and your availability. The next step would be an assessment appointment either via telephone or online.
The first 50 min session is an exploration of what you are experiencing and why you have reached out for help. We will cover the contract, assessment documents and what you would like to achieve from counselling. This is a huge step forward to helping yourself and I will offer you the best service that I possibly can to facilitate your counselling journey.
