Whatever it is that brings you to counselling know that looking for help and support with something difficult is a brave choice. I hope to support you and help you explore whatever challenges you are facing in a safe and confidential space.
Our Initial session can be in person - I work in Hastings in East Sussex - or online via Zoom, which is a simple and secure online application. Our first session is a time to meet, explore what brings you and define the goals you want to achieve from counselling. Sessions are weekly and 50 minutes long.
