My name is Laurie White-Bracken. I specialise in working with men & boys, and individuals with ADHD (both formally and self-diagnosed). This means that I often work around topics such as unworthiness, anger, shame, feeling misunderstood, injustice and overwhelm.
That said, I do not limit my practice to anyone, and am always open to working with those who have the desire to find a more fulfilling, and peaceful life, and are at a point in their life where they are ready to do so.
I can help you by providing you with a truly safe, and authentic space for you to explore what is holding you back, enabling you to free yourself from its confines.
My approach is Humanistic, and I often employ existential, and nature-based therapy within my practice.
