We all go through some difficulties in life. Asking for help can be difficult , finding the right support can be even more of a challenge. As an Integrative Therapist, I use different modalities to fit my clients' needs, learning curves and communications styles, personalities and states of mind. I also adapt to fit my clients' physical health, integrating body and mind work within the process of change. I believe we can all benefit from the therapeutic relationship. it can be helpful when dealing with difficulties and as a boost to reach our full potential. I can also be a place and time to manage mental hygiene and general health.
I work using an integrative model that has the therapeutic relationship at its core, making the space we work in a safe environment to explore, learn, and make changes. I use Psychodynamic and Psychoanalysis, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Jungian models to explore with my clients. CBT tools, Mindfulness, Gestalt and humour to facilitate changes.
I worked as a Therapist at the Priory (now Elysium Healthcare) for 5 years and have worked at Brighton Housing Trust in their Addiction Recovery Therapeutic Community for 9 years. Being true to ourselves in relationship with others can be hard. This group is a safe space to be, explore and learn about depression and anxiety. And it is also a space to practice and challenge ourselves in a supportive and encouraging environment. This group will have no more than 6 participants. We are stronger together

This group is a safe space to be, explore, learn and practice psycho-social treatments for chronic pain conditions such as IBS, Fibromyalgia, Functional Neurological Disorder whether they have been formally diagnose or not. The group will offer a supportive and encouraging space for people who suffer from chronic pain, reducing and freeing them through psychotherapeutic strategies.

This group is for anyone over 18 who would like to be in safe environment to explore and understand their relationship with others, themselves and life. It is also a place where you can open up about your experiences and learn how to create healthy connections with our own self and others.
