I am a curious therapist with an intersectional stance, which means I consider how society, culture, identity and norms shape wellbeing and experiences. I am committed to creating a space to help you share your story that honours your background, heritage and personal identity.
You may be experiencing relationship difficulties, identity concerns, psychological difficulties, feel burnt out, stuck or the pressure of societal expectations or have experienced difficult early life experiences. Together, we can navigate these difficult and overwhelming emotions and experiences to delve deeper, reflect and make sense of your experiences.
I am an integrative therapist with a social justice framework who mostly uses systemic, narrative and trauma-focused approaches. Everyone's story is different so I adapt sessions to fit your needs to provide a personalised and tailored approach to our work. I have additional training in systemic therapy and life story work.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to anybody considering therapy. This is an opportunity for me to get a brief overview of your situation and needs and for you to get a sense of what therapy might be like with me to see if we are a good fit.
