I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety and depression and with couples dealing with relational issues including; communication breakdown, conflict, betrayal/infidelity and sexual difficulties.
I am trained in psychological approaches for managing pain including; Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) & CBT for Chronic Pain. I also use approaches that support people who are living with a chronic illness or a painful life circumstance beyond their control e.g. grief and loss, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
I work with both individuals and couples. In my work I use an integrative approach, drawing on various therapeutic models including; Psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, CFT, ACT, DBT and PRT. I am an Accredited EMDR Practitioner with the EMDR Association UK.
