I've worked in NHS GP surgeries, charities and private counselling services for over 10 years. The type of concerns I help people with relate to: body image and self-worth, sexual abuse and trauma, relationship difficulties, work related stress, loss and loneliness, depression, self-harm, anxiety and health related concerns. Whether you have a specific issue or a general sense that life is a struggle, therapy can help.
