About
Lauren offers a safe environment for clients to explore their conflicts by offering a patient, non-judgemental, empathetic space to encourage emotional openness and address feelings. She believes in the existential view that we can change our circumstances. Lauren is an integrative therapist who uses theory and tools from various modalities to tailor an approach best suited to the individual/couple however she mainly uses Psychosexual, Gestalt, TA and Person Centred approaches and theories in her client work.
Lauren trained specifically to work with individuals experiencing psychosexual presentations such as: painful sex such as vaginismus/dyspareunia & erectile difficulties. Lauren also works with couples experiencing relationship difficulties (communication, commitment, infidelity, parenting, low desire, finances, marriage, divorce)
I offer a free zoom Introductory call which gives us the chance to meet pre sessions. I genuinely believe Therapy should be accessible to everyone and offer a few low cost spaces for those who find themselves in financial hardship (there is a waiting list for these spaces)

Lauren has a Masters level Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and an Advance Diploma in Couples Therapy.
