I’m a HCPC registered counselling psychologist and EMDR therapist with a specialism in eating disorders, trauma and dissociation. I work with adolescents and adults both in person and online tailoring the approach to your needs drawing on trauma focused and relational approaches. I offer ADHD assessments and diagnosis, and tailor my therapy to work with neurodiversity. I work across the breadth of eating disorders including ARFID, disordered eating, binge eating disorder, obesity, anorexia and bulimia. I enjoy trauma focused work as well as relational difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief and OCD.
I hope to create a safe and honest space where you can bring all parts of yourself to therapy. I try not to take myself too seriously and encourage my clients to do the same - I think humour is an important part of therapy. I want to support you towards your goals whether that’s processing trauma, being kinder to yourself or a better relationship with food
