Perhaps things are feeling very distressing or difficult. You might be looking for clarity and a way forward or just some space to be heard.
Over the course of working together we can think more deeply about how things are for you, consider patterns in relationships or situations that may be unhelpful to you and how you might approach things differently. I don't give advice or direction but work with you to build your emotional resilience and sense of capability.
