Hi there, my name is Lauren, I am an experienced integrative counsellor. My aim is to offer you a safe, non judgemental space to share. We will work to explore situations at your pace to see how your emotions may be affecting you in the present day. This can be through set short term or long term work, my clients lead the sessions.
I can work in many different ways, such as talking, art, play & walking to help you find your own way to express your current feelings. I have worked with a range of ages between 11-55 and a range of disorders such as addiction, grief, depression, OCD, anxiety & abuse.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and to have a safe, confidential space to share how they are feeling. I appreciate that starting therapy can feel daunting, therefore I can offer a free 20 minute call to discuss any issues and for you to get a sense of who I am and if you feel you would like to work with me.
