I am a qualified therapist and member of the BPS with a MSc in Counselling and BSc in Counselling Psychology. I have a wealth of experience working with all kinds of people and have specific experience and knowledge of working with anxiety, depression, family issues, neurodiversity, military families, trauma, SEND, self-esteem, body image, anger and more.
