I am a Registered and Chartered Forensic Psychologist; with over 12 years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and sexual challenges. My work centres on providing a confidential, warm, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a supportive environment.
In addition to working with more common mental health issues, I offer specialist therapy for individuals experiencing paraphilic sexual interests, compulsive sexual behaviours, or those who have committed sexual offences (online or contact offences). My work focuses on helping individuals understand their behaviours, make positive changes, and move forward.
After an initial period of understanding your unique needs, we will collaborate on developing a personalised, psychological formulation-led treatment plan.
